Shipping policy

All of Time Galaxy Watch orders will be shipped by shipping company with tracking number service to ensure that you will receive parcel safely. Time Galaxy Watch Store will processing your order once we received the customer payments. For orders that fall on non-working days, weekends, festival seasons or public holidays, the goods will be dispatch on the on 1-2 working days. Shipment costs vary according to destination. Please contact us for shipping prices. Shipping within West Malaysia is free. Customer will receive a confirmation email by us once your order has been shipped and tracking number will be provided once the parcel is shipped out by our side. If you suspect that an error has occur on your order, kindly contact us with your name and order number, within 24 hours. Our representative will reply within 1-2 business days. Time Galaxy Watch provides international shipping as long as our shipping providers deliver to the destination. Parcel that we shipped out, signature required upon delivering. Please be sure that an authorized person will be at the shipping address given by the customer to sign for parcel collection. Time Galaxy Watch is not responsible for lost or stolen if there is nobody at the shipping address given to sign for your parcel when courier attempt or if the package was signed by an un-authorized party at the address. We will not responsible for any package lost if consignee signed a "signature release form". If the parcel is being delivered to an office, hotel, etc. the courier may accept the signatures of receptionists and similar upon delivery and we shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order upon their signature/acceptance. We do ship internationally. For international shipping, all delivery to physical address only as our shipping carrier do not deliver to P.O Box or mailbox addresses.

If delivery delay due to the customs delay, incorrect address or unable to locate the address is not our responsibility.

Clause: Price stated in website, do not include any taxes, duties, VAT or such charges. Time Galaxy Watch will charge the customer for the actual watch and shipping charges only. All other charges such as taxes, duties, VAT, broker fees or other possible additional custom handling charges are the responsibility of the customer to be paid when the watch clears customs in your country. Usually these charges are demanded prior to delivery and are collected by the courier or your local custom authority. Duties and import taxes are only applicable to certain countries. Please check with your local custom department for these possible charges.
